Il Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature è uno bianco prodotto dalla maison Laurent-Perrier, realizzato esclusivamente da uve Chardonnay, nel classico stile Blanc de Blancs, quindi centrato sulla finezza, la tensione e la purezza aromatica tipica dei vini bianchi di sole uve a bacca bianca.
Nel calice si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino luminoso, accompagnato da un perlage molto fine e continuo. Al naso è elegante e verticale, con note di agrumi freschi come limone e pompelmo, mela verde, fiori bianchi e una chiara impronta minerale che richiama gesso e pietra focaia, tipica delle zone più vocate della regione della Champagne. Con l’ossigenazione emergono anche sfumature più sottili di mandorla fresca, crosta di pane molto delicata e una lieve sensazione salina.
In bocca è teso, asciutto e molto diretto, con una spiccata acidità che ne definisce lo stile Brut Nature, quindi senza dosaggio zuccherino percepibile. Il sorso è snello ma incisivo, con una grande pulizia gustativa e un finale lungo, agrumato e minerale, che lascia la bocca fresca e “tagliata” con precisione.
È uno Champagne che punta più sull’energia e sulla precisione che sulla morbidezza, perfetto con crudi di pesce, ostriche, tartare, sashimi, ma anche con cucina vegetale raffinata, formaggi freschi e piatti molto delicati dove la sua acidità e la sua tensione possono esaltare la materia prima senza coprirla.
