Château Siaurac Réserve de la Baronne is a refined Right Bank Bordeaux, made primarily from Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, from vineyards planted on gravel, clay, and sand soils. The 2012 vintage produced an elegant and well-structured wine, which today expresses full maturity with intense aromas of blackberry, ripe cherry, plum, violet, tobacco, cocoa, toasted wood, sweet spices, and subtle notes of undergrowth. On the palate, it is full-bodied and balanced, with silky tannins, good freshness, and a long, harmonious finish. It should be served at a temperature of 16-18°C, preferably after a brief decanting, and pairs perfectly with beef fillet and rib-eye steak, roast lamb, braised meats, duck, game, porcini mushroom risotto, pappardelle with wild boar ragù, mature cheeses such as Comté, Parmigiano Reggiano and mature Pecorino, as well as dishes enhanced by truffles, which enhance its elegance and complexity.
