Questo vino si presenta con un colore rosso rubino e riflessi purpurei. Al naso offre un profumo armonioso di frutti rossi, come mirtillo e ciliegia, arricchito da note floreali e leggermente speziate. Il gusto è tannico, ampio e bilanciato, con un lungo retrogusto fruttato. Composto da uve Sangiovese e Cabernet, proviene da terreni esposti a sud-est, situati a circa 300 m s.l.m., ricchi di Alberese e calcare su una base argillosa. La vendemmia avviene al giusto grado di maturazione, con macerazione sulle bucce per 18-20 giorni e fermentazione in acciaio a temperatura controllata. Dopo una maturazione di 12 mesi in botti e barrique di secondo e terzo passaggio, il vino affina in bottiglia per 4 mesi. Servilo a 18°C e abbinalo a primi piatti con ragù, carni alla griglia e formaggi freschi per un'esperienza gastronomica perfetta.
