The success of the Fratelli Berlucchi Farm lies in the perfect harmony between Francesco, Gabriella, Marcello, Roberto, and Pia Donata. This winery boasts a total of nearly 70 hectares of vineyards, all DOC and DOCG registered, as well as the extensive experience of winemaker Cesare Ferrari, the company's technical director for over thirty years.

All this creates a context that gives rise to Franciacorta wines of great personality, charm, and precision, the secret of which lies in the long aging processes that characterize them. Indeed, producing Franciacorta requires a very long time: approximately seven months after the harvest, yeasts are added to the base wine and bottled, triggering a second fermentation, which lasts approximately two months. A minimum of 18 months (thirty or more for vintage wines) of bottle aging on its lees is then required before each Franciacorta can be disgorged and subsequently dosed. In the case of the "Fratelli Berlucchi" winery, all this time is extended, even significantly, to achieve for each cuvée the elegance that is the true hallmark of this winery from Borgonato, a small hamlet of Corte Franca, in the province of Brescia.
