Bruno Giacosa è stato un punto di riferimento del mondo del vino italiano, in particolare per le denominazioni Barolo e Barbaresco. Bruno è cresciuto tra le vigne: a soli 13 anni dava già una mano nella cantina di famiglia e ha subito imparato l’importanza della selezione dei grappoli durante le vendemmie; grazie alla sua competenza, ha saputo farsi notare anche come abile commerciante di uve. Prima di acquistare la sua tenuta, l'Azienda Agricola Falletto, vinificava uve provenienti da prestigiosi cru. In cantina, la macerazione dei vini rossi avviene in vasche di acciaio inox termoregolate. I bianchi vengono lasciati affinare in vasche di acciaio inox, mentre barbera e nebbiolo maturano in grandi botti di rovere. L’invecchiamento dura in media da 1 a 3 anni in base alle cuvée; queste ultime vengono lasciate riposare per qualche tempo in bottiglia prima di essere messe in vendita.
