Recioto della Valpolicella 1970 è un vino dolce storico della tradizione veronese, prodotto con uve appassite secondo il metodo classico della Valpolicella. Si tratta di una bottiglia d’epoca rara, che rappresenta lo stile autentico dei Recioto degli anni ’70, quando la produzione era ancora fortemente artigianale e legata alle cantine familiari del territorio.
Alla vista mostra un colore granato profondo con riflessi ambrati, segno evidente di un lungo e lento affinamento in bottiglia. Il profilo aromatico è intenso e maturo, con note di confettura di ciliegia, prugna secca, fichi, uva passa, miele scuro e cacao, arricchite da sfumature di spezie dolci, tabacco e leggere note ossidative tipiche dei grandi vini d’epoca.
Al palato è morbido e avvolgente, con una dolcezza piena ma ancora equilibrata da una vena fresca residua. La struttura è vellutata, il finale lungo e caldo, con ritorni di frutta matura e spezie. La gradazione alcolica di 13% contribuisce a mantenerlo armonico e stabile nel tempo.
