Il Bersi Serlini Satèn in formato magnum è un Franciacorta che punta tutto su eleganza, morbidezza e armonia. È prodotto esclusivamente da Chardonnay e rientra nella tipologia Satèn, che si distingue per una pressione più bassa in bottiglia e quindi per una bollicina più fine e soffice, quasi cremosa
Nel calice si presenta con un giallo paglierino luminoso con riflessi dorati delicati e un perlage estremamente fine e continuo che contribuisce alla sensazione vellutata tipica della categoria. Al naso è raffinato e delicato con note di frutta bianca come pesca e mela, sfumature agrumate leggere e accenni floreali, arricchiti da lievi richiami di pasticceria e frutta secca che emergono con l’evoluzione
In bocca è morbido e molto equilibrato, con un ingresso avvolgente e una struttura cremosa che scorre con grande armonia. La freschezza è presente ma non aggressiva e serve soprattutto a sostenere il sorso rendendolo dinamico e mai pesante. Il finale è pulito, elegante e persistente con ritorni delicati di frutta matura e mandorla
Il formato magnum da 1,5 L migliora ulteriormente l’equilibrio del vino perché rallenta l’evoluzione e permette una maggiore integrazione tra le componenti, rendendo il sorso ancora più armonico e fine rispetto alla bottiglia standard.
Si abbina bene a piatti delicati come pesce, crostacei, risotti e preparazioni leggere, ma funziona anche molto bene come aperitivo elegante grazie alla sua bevibilità e alla sua texture cremosa.
