Made with a classic Bordeaux blend, composed of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Carmenère and 10% Merlot, this wine stands out for its aristocratic elegance and extraordinary longevity. The vinification takes place with spontaneous fermentation in small cement tanks for about 15-18 days, with numerous pumping overs and délestage, followed by 24 months of refinement in French oak barriques. Thanks to its complex structure and ability to evolve over time, San Leonardo is a wine that can age for over 30 years, gaining in depth and richness. Its quality is widely recognized, with numerous awards and enthusiastic reviews, making this wine one of the most appreciated excellences of Italian winemaking, a symbol of a unique territory like Vallagarina.
