Panzanello Chianti Classico Riserva is a wine composed mainly of Sangiovese with a percentage of Cabernet, known for its bold and decisive character, which evolves in balance and consistency over time. The harvest is manual and the wine comes from the selection of two of the company's vineyards. After a soft destemming, the grapes are macerated for 18-20 days in steel vats. 60% of the wine ages in second passage French oak barriques for 18 months, while 40% remains in steel. After aging in the bottle for 12 months, the wine is not filtered to preserve its aromas and structure. It has an intense ruby red color, with persistent aromas of flowers, spices and fruit, and a soft and rounded taste with notes of rose, coffee and ripe orange.
