Franciacorta Pas Dosé is an elegant sparkling wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay (90%) and Pinot Noir (10%), grown on the morainic hills of Franciacorta. The vineyards, pruned using the Guyot system, are mainly exposed to the east and south-east. The yield per hectare is 100 quintals. The vinification involves soft pressing of the hand-picked grapes and fermentation at a low temperature in steel tanks. After at least 18 months from refermentation, remuage, degorgement and packaging are carried out. This wine has a fine and persistent perlage, a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, an intense and evolved aroma, and a full and elegant taste of great refinement.
