Noto Passito "Scaramazzo" - 2018 - Rudini
Passito di Noto is a Sicilian sweet wine produced with Moscato or Zibibbo grapes, grown in a Mediterranean climate on calcareous and volcanic soils, ideal for the growth of vines. The grapes are harvested late and dried in a cell using a hot and humid method. The wine is made in steel and aged in the bottle. To the eye, the wine has a light straw yellow color. On the nose, it releases a delicate aroma of Moscato with notes of ripe fruit. In the mouth, it is sweet, with an aftertaste of candied fruit.
