Refosco - 1998 - Livio Felluga
Native Friulian variety with a great tradition. The vines of Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso benefit from soils composed of marl and sandstone of Eocene origin. An intense ruby red with purple hues, this wine is elegant, intense, fruity and spicy. Notes of ripe black fruit, plum, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry and blackberry blend with black pepper and a balsamic profile. Complex, silky and full, it has a fresh progression and a long spicy finish.
