This Sauvignon comes from vineyards located between the Colli Orientali del Friuli and the Collio, on Eocene flysch soils of marl and sandstone, which guarantee low yield and high quality. Trained using the Guyot system with a high density of vines per hectare, the bunches are hand-picked in the first ten days of September. After a short maceration and soft pressing, the must is clarified by decantation and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel, where the wine remains on the lees for six months, followed by at least two months of aging in the bottle. Straw yellow in color with green reflections, it offers intense varietal aromas of tomato leaf, pepper, elderberry, passion fruit, grapefruit, green tea, kiwi and nettle. On the palate it is full, fresh and balanced, with a long harmonious aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif, it accompanies delicate appetizers, vegetable and legume soups, marinated fish and asparagus. Serve at 12-14°C. Alcohol content 13%.
