Cantina Sottimano is a renowned family-run winery located in Neive, in the heart of the Barbaresco region. Founded by Rino Sottimano in the 1970s, the company has grown through the acquisition of vineyards in prestigious crus such as Cottà, Currà, Fausoni, Pajoré and Basarin. Today, Rino is joined by his children Andrea, Elena and Claudia, who share a passion for producing high-quality wines that reflect the authentic terroir of the Langhe. The production philosophy is based on sustainable practices, including the minimal use of chemicals, the adoption of indigenous yeasts and the absence of fining or filtration, to ensure the purest expression of the terroir. The range of wines includes Barbaresco from the various crus, as well as Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo, all appreciated for their elegance, complexity and longevity.
