Enrico Serafino's Barolo DOCG del Comune di Serralunga d'Alba represents an authentic and contemporary expression of this historic denomination. Produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, sourced from clay and limestone vineyards located at 300 meters above sea level, the wine is aged for 28 months in wood, partly in tonneaux and partly in medium-sized barrels. The result is a complex bouquet that evokes hints of blackberry, licorice, tobacco, spices and coffee, typical of the Nebbiolo variety. On the palate, Barolo stands out for its full-bodied structure, elegance and harmony, with fine tannins and a long, persistent finish. Ideal for accompanying game dishes, roasts and mature cheeses, it is a wine that can evolve magnificently over time, fully expressing its typicality and the character of Serralunga d'Alba.
