Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is a high-quality red wine, obtained exclusively from Sangiovese Grosso grapes, with a low spurred cordon training system, traditional in the Montalcino area. The wine is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels, to preserve its natural characteristics. It has an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections and a complex aroma, with floral, fruity and spicy notes. The flavor is dry, warm, soft, balanced and persistent, with soft tannins and a finish that recalls the spices perceived on the nose. This wine, with an elegant structure and full body, pairs perfectly with red meats, game and mature cheeses. The alcohol content is 14%, and it is recommended to serve it at 18 ° C to enhance its qualities.
