The manual harvest with selection of the grapes and destemming without crushing precedes the vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 21 days, followed by post-maceration with submerged cap for 2 months. After racking and pressing, the wine ages for about 24 months in large barrels and non-new tonneaux. Of an intense ruby red, it is spicy with toasted notes, warm and full-bodied, with hints of black pepper and dried apricot, very balanced and long.
