I RECEIVED A DAMAGED BOTTLE: HOW CAN I RETURN IT AND GET A REFUND?

Our carrier takes great care to handle the packages we send with the utmost care. If, for any reason, one or more bottles arrive damaged at your address, please contact our customer service immediately at office@rarest-wines.com and describe the extent of the damage.
We will try to respond as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, the bottle must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

A PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE RETURN

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Please email your refund request and the reason for it to office@rarest-wines.com no later than 14 days after receiving the package.
No later than 14 days after notifying us of your intention to return the item, please send the merchandise you wish to return to the following address: Piazzetta delle Poste, 19 Bassano del Grappa (VI) 36061 ITALY.

REPLACEMENTS AND COMPLAINTS

We do not accept requests for replacements or complaints, unless the bottle was damaged during shipping. The bottles come from private collections, restaurants, or rare wine dealers; each bottle has its own history, and we cannot guarantee that the wine is still perfectly preserved after so many years. We can assure you that the condition of the bottle is exactly as described and shown in the photograph.

The sale of our bottles is therefore subject to the “as is” clause.
