Das reine Nebbiolo von Rabaja-Bas liegt direkt neben Cascina Luisin. Obwohl Rabaja-Bas eine nördliche Erweiterung des berühmten Rabaja-Weinbergs ist, sind die beiden Parzellen durch Muncagota getrennt und berühren sich nicht. Rabaja-Bas ist weniger bekannt, da dort nur wenige Produzenten ihre eigenen Trauben anbauen; Der Großteil des Anwesens gehört dem Castello di Verduno, das als einziges den Namen Rabaja-Bas auf dem Etikett trug. Aufgrund des relativ kühlen Mesoklimas ist der daraus resultierende Wein elegant und frisch, wobei alte Rebstöcke ihm Geschmacks- und Aromaintensität verleihen. Es hat eine leuchtend rot-orange Farbe und Aromen von Kampfer, Minze, balsamischen Noten, Trüffel, Rosen und getrockneten Kräutern. Er ist elegant und leicht im Stil, dennoch strukturiert, ideal zum Essen und mit einem langen Nachgeschmack.
