Diese Flasche stammt von Weinbergen, die auf einer Höhe von 440 Metern liegen, auf einem Boden, der von den Marne di Sant'Agata geprägt ist, einer Kombination aus Lehm, sehr feinem Sand und kalkhaltigen Bestandteilen. In den letzten 30 Jahren wurde die Blattoberfläche vergrößert, um Trauben von höchster Qualität zu gewährleisten. Die Lese erfolgt manuell, mit einer strengen Auswahl der Trauben, um eine gleichmäßige Reifung zu erzielen. Die Gärung findet in Stahltanks mit fortschrittlichen Techniken zur Temperaturkontrolle und Sauerstoffanreicherung statt. Die Reifung erfolgt in Barriques aus französischer Eiche, wodurch die Aromen und die Farbintensität des Weins erhalten bleiben.
