Nebbiolo is a vielseitige Rebsorte, die aus kalkhaltigen Lehmböden Spurenemente extrahiert, die ihre Struktur bereichern, während sie aus sandigen und schluffigen Böden fresh und fruchtige Aromen erhält. The Ergebnis is a Wein, der Körper und Eleganz verint, with a perfect Balance of Fruchtigkeit and Fülle. Seine Reife erreicht er zwischen 2 und 8 Jahren. Die Ernte erfolgt manual, gefolgt von einer temperaturkontrollierten Weinbereitung in thermoconditionierten Tanks. I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
