Ein klassischer und territorialer Brunello, der nicht "extrem" sein will: Er stammt von reinem Sangiovese, der in den Weinbergen des Weinguts Collosorbo angebaut wird, einem südlichen Gebiet von Montalcino, das eine reiche Frucht und Struktur bietet. Das Profil ist klar und sauber, mit Aromen von reifen roten Früchten (Kirsche, Pflaume), begleitet von Kräuternoten, süßen Gewürzen und leichten Holz-/Tabaknoten, ohne Exzesse. Am Gaumen ist er vollmundig, aber gut ausgewogen, mit präsenten, aber nicht aggressiven Tanninen und einer guten Progression, die ein Gefühl von sofortiger Trinkbarkeit und Entwicklungspotenzial vermittelt.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
