Der Morellino di Scansano DOCG ist ein Wein, der zu 100 % aus Sangiovese-Trauben hergestellt wird, die manuell gelesen und sorgfältig im Weinberg ausgewählt werden. Die Weinbereitung erfolgt im Kontakt mit den Schalen, mit einer Mazeration von etwa 10 Tagen bei kontrollierter Temperatur, um die Frische der Aromen zu erhalten. Dieser Wein präsentiert sich in einem leuchtenden Rubinrot und einem intensiven, weinigen Bukett, das von Noten roter Früchte und Brombeeren geprägt ist. Am Gaumen bietet er eine gute Struktur mit präsenten, aber eleganten Tanninen und einem langen Abgang. Ein Wein, der besonders für seine Frische und Komplexität geschätzt wird.
