The Nova Domus Riserva of the Kellerei Terlan is a great South Tyrolean Weißwein, the philosophy of the Kellerei symbolizes: Eleganz, Langlebigkeit and mineralische Reinheit. It is based on a refined blend of Weißburgunder, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, combined with the structure, aroma and freshness in a single Gleichgewicht. In glass you can feel it in an intensive gold gel with brilliant reflections. The Nase contains a series of profiles and complex profiles, in which Noten von reifen gelben Früchten, kandierten Zitrusfrüchten, Bergkräutern und einem Hauch von Vanille und gerösteter Haselnuss abwechseln, der auf den Holzausbau zurückzuführen ist. In the world it is reichhaltig, creamy and pikant, with a beautiful mineral texture, the lightness and great harmony. Der Abgang is long, elegant and light rauchig, a Markenzeichen der long Weißweine aus Terlan. Ein Wein von Klasse und Persönlichkeit, perfekt zu komplexen Gerichten wie Edelfischen, hellem Fleisch in Soße oder gereiftem Käse.
