It is the ideal preparation for extremely refined preparation such as a sauce in Salmis, a risotto with white Alba-Trüffel or a Spießbekassine, where the aromatic composition of wines in sublime weise with the greens and wild notes of the harmonious food. It also passes through one of the best Brillat-Savarin wines, where the Cremigkeit des Käses die fast ätherische Finesse eines Weins hervorhebt, der stylistischen und historischen Höhepunkt der Domaine Cathiard darstellt.
