Ferrari è una premiata casa di spumanti nella regione Trentino del nord Italia. Produce vini Metodo Classico da Chardonnay e Pinot Nero con il titolo Trento DOC.
L'azienda nasce nel 1902 per volontà di Giulio Ferrari, con l'intento di assumere i migliori vini di Champagne. In tal modo, la Ferrari divenne una delle prime aziende italiane a fare sostanziali piantagioni di Chardonnay. Giulio Ferrari non ebbe figli, così negli anni '50 passò l'azienda a Bruno Lunelli, proprietario di un'enoteca di Trento. Nei decenni successivi, Lunelli aumentò la produzione da 9000 bottiglie all'anno a 100.000. Oggi l'azienda è gestita dalla terza generazione della famiglia Lunelli.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
