Champagne H.BLIN benefits from an exceptional terroir and rigorous know-how acquired over the centuries. Thus, the vines are grown on clay-limestone soils ideally exposed to the south/south-east that allow a slow and complete maturation of our grapes. They have long opted for a reasoned cultivation of their vineyard and eco-responsible methods (today Sustainable Viticulture and Champagne – VDC on almost 70% of our surfaces). H.BLIN Champagne is recognized for its strong identity marked by the king grape variety of our terroir, the Meunier, with its unique and specific characteristics. H.BLIN champagnes are terroir-identifying champagnes because they come exclusively from grapes grown in the vineyard and many of the cuvées are 100% monovarietal Meunier.
