Die Cuvée Annamaria Clementi ist der Gründerin von Ca' del Bosco gewidmet. Dieser Wein ist das Symbol des Weinguts und das Ergebnis einer sorgfältigen Auswahl von Chardonnay-, Weißburgunder- und Spätburgundertrauben. Seine Vinifikation erfolgt in kleinen Eichenfässern, gefolgt von malolaktischer Gärung und zweiter Gärung in der Flasche; die lange Reifung auf der Hefe (ca. 8 Jahre) verleiht dem Wein seine Einzigartigkeit. Der Wein hat eine brillante goldene Farbe, seine Präsenz in der Nase ist mineralisch und wird durch fruchtige Aromen und Noten von Trockenfrüchten bereichert. Harmonisch am Gaumen, mit einem reichen und sehr feinen Perlage, das die Exzellenz von Ca' del Bosco in der Herstellung von Franciacorta-Schaumweinen bestätigt.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
