Shipping was slightly late, but customer service immediately responded to the email requesting explanations and did their best to find a solution.
I was particularly unlucky with an order placed on Raresr Wine.
As far as I can remember, I've only found one faulty bottle before this order, but this time my luck ran out and I'd written a somewhat harsh review, which perhaps they didn't deserve.
Also because I never wrote many reviews that would have been 5 stars out of laziness.
Having clarified with the seller, I'm still giving 4 stars only because of the slow response to my email, which perhaps would have avoided my first terrible review.

Great prices, fairly fast shipping. I bought two wines from 1996, one excellent and performing, the other oxidized and undrinkable. When you buy such old wines, especially Poulsard, it can happen, but if the buy-two-for-one options continue, the risk is there! Recommended!
