Intense ruby red in color with garnet highlights. The aromas range from balsamic sensations of berries, chocolate, tobacco, and pepper, to elegant nuances of bell pepper. The palate is full, warm, and very rounded, with an intense, extremely long aromatic finish. This is the estate's signature wine, rooted in its thousand-year history. A classic Bordeaux blend of aristocratic elegance and extraordinary longevity.

Optimal

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.

Optimal

I was a little skeptical because of the very competitive prices.
The wine arrived in a couple of days, excellent packaging... bottles kept well and everything as described, of course aged wines are always a risk
I recommend the site
