L’Amarone della Valpolicella di Dal Moro è un rosso intenso e strutturato che nasce dalla tradizione veronese dell’appassimento, tecnica che concentra aromi e materia prima dando vita a un vino ricco e avvolgente. Si presenta con un colore rosso rubino profondo tendente al granato, mentre al naso offre profumi maturi e complessi di frutta rossa sotto spirito, come ciliegia e prugna, accompagnati da note speziate, cacao e leggere sfumature balsamiche. In bocca è pieno, caldo e morbido, con tannini presenti ma ben integrati e una struttura importante che resta comunque equilibrata, sostenuta da una buona freschezza che evita qualsiasi pesantezza. Il finale è lungo, persistente e leggermente asciutto, tipico dello stile Amarone, lasciando una sensazione elegante e profonda che invita alla degustazione lenta. È un vino che esprime carattere e intensità, ideale sia a tavola con piatti ricchi sia come vino da meditazione.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
