Un Barolo di rara eleganza, nato nel cuore del leggendario cru Cannubi Boschis, una delle zone più vocate di Barolo. Prodotto da Nebbiolo in purezza e affinato per circa 24 mesi in botti di rovere, questo vino unisce potenza e finezza in un equilibrio impeccabile. Al naso si distingue per note di ciliegia, petali di rosa, liquirizia e spezie dolci, accompagnate da tocchi balsamici e minerali. In bocca è strutturato e avvolgente, con tannini fitti ma vellutati, grande profondità e un finale lungo e armonico che riflette la classe del cru. L’annata del 2021 straordinaria nelle Langhe, caratterizzata da un clima regolare e maturazioni perfette. L’inverno freddo e piovoso ha garantito riserve idriche ottimali, mentre l’estate calda ma equilibrata, seguita da notti fresche, ha favorito una maturazione lenta e completa del Nebbiolo. I Barolo 2021 sono vini di equilibrio e precisione, con profumi puri, tannini eleganti e straordinario potenziale di invecchiamento.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
