La proprietà della famiglia Brovia si è estesa col passare degli anni fino agli attuali 19 ettari, che consentono la produzione di circa 60.000 bottiglie l’anno. I vigneti si trovano nel cuore della zona del Barolo, nei comuni di Castiglione Falletto e Serralunga d'Alba e si posizionano nei più prestigiosi cru delle Langhe: Rocche, Garbelet Sue, Ca' Mia e Villero, da cui proviene il gioiello della famiglia, il famoso Barolo Villero. I terreni di diversa composizione, da argillosi a leggermente sabbiosi, da calcarei a compatti, conferiscono ai vini caratteristiche e peculiarità differenti, ma tutte le vigne della famiglia hanno una caratteristica comune: l'esposizione a Sud, o meglio, da Sud-Est a Sud-Ovest. Le tecniche di vinificazione modernissime e curatissime prevedono, fra le altre operazioni, una pigiatura soffice, la fermentazione a temperatura controllata, l' invecchiamento in botti di rovere di Slavonia e rovere francese e l'affinamento finale in bottiglia. L'obiettivo dichiarato dell'Azienda è molto semplice e si riassume in due parole: migliorare sempre, mantenendo inalterato l’amore per la propria terra e per le proprie tradizioni.
