L'Azienda Agricola Schiavenza è una cantina piemontese situata a Barolo, fondata nel 1956 nel rinomato villaggio di Serralunga d'Alba. I vigneti di Serralunga d'Alba sono coltivati su pendii argillosi e calcarei con esposizioni a sud-est e ovest. Questi vigneti sono prevalentemente piantati con uve Nebbiolo e Dolcetto. Questo Barolo ha un colore granato intenso con sfumature rubine. Al naso, presenta profumi di frutti di bosco, viole e rose. In bocca è pieno e intenso, con tannini vellutati.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
