Questo Barolo è un vino di grande prestigio e longevità, espressione autentica della tradizione delle Langhe e del vitigno Nebbiolo. Un’annata storica che, dopo decenni di evoluzione in bottiglia, offre un profilo complesso e affascinante, caratterizzato da eleganza, profondità e grande equilibrio.
Alla vista si presenta con un colore rosso granato intenso con riflessi aranciati tipici dei grandi Barolo maturi. Il bouquet è ampio e raffinato, con profumi evoluti di rosa appassita, violetta, cuoio, tabacco, spezie dolci, sottobosco, tartufo, ciliegia sotto spirito e note balsamiche. Al palato è armonioso e persistente, con tannini ormai morbidi e setosi, una struttura ancora importante e una lunga trama aromatica che unisce note terziarie, freschezza e complessità.
