La cuvée Clos Milan, certificata biologica, è uno splendido assemblaggio di grenache noir e di syrah. I vitigni sono stati coltivati su terreni alluvionali di graves e sabbia, con rese controllate di 35 hl/ha. Le vigne di circa 40 anni sono state vendemmiate manualmente. In seguito è avvenuta una breve macerazione di otto giorni e il vino è invecchiato per due anni in vecchie barrique e per due anni in vasche di cemento. Henri Milan propone un vino con un grande potenziale di invecchiamento (almeno 20 anni), caratterizzato da eleganza freschezza, tannicità e finezza.
Il Clos Milan è ottenuto principalmente da Grenache e Syrah coltivati su vigne vecchie, in suoli di ghiaia, sabbia e alluvioni, che conferiscono struttura e finezza al vino. L’annata 2007 ha visto un lungo affinamento di circa due anni in barrique e ulteriori due anni in cemento, senza chiarifica né filtrazione, per preservare autenticità e complessità.
Un vino elegante ma potente, ideale per accompagnare carni rosse arrosto, selvaggina o formaggi stagionati, oppure da degustare da solo per apprezzarne l’evoluzione. Rappresenta perfettamente lo stile artigianale e autentico di Henri Milan: un rosso intenso, complesso e ben equilibrato, che mostra profondità e raffinatezza anche dopo molti anni.
