G de Château Guiraud 20201 è un sublime vino bianco secco prodotto a Sauternes. Questo Bordeaux bianco secco è allo stesso tempo aromatico ed elegante. Il 2021 segna l'undicesima annata ad essere certificata biologica. Colore giallo paglierino, luminoso. Il naso seduce con la sua freschezza e finezza. In bocca un attacco vivace precede un'apertura densa con sottili aromi di agrumi. All'assaggio, il palato rivela una ricca tavolozza aromatica, che combina note di scorza di pompelmo, polpa di pesca gialla e piccoli fiori di alberi da frutto, bella tensione con una ghiotta complessità aromatica. Questo vino denso e fresco seduce con il suo tocco cremoso che si combina con aromi di pesca e agrumi fino ad un finale di rara vivacità.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
