Saint-Vera è un comune francese di soli 275 abitanti situato nel dipartimento delle Alte Alpi della regione della Provenza-Alpi-Costa Azzurra. Il colore è quello dell'oro giallo pallido, brillante e cristallino. Il naso sviluppa sottili aromi di frutta (pesca, pera) o acacia, caprifoglio e bracken, spesso su note di mandorla fresca, nocciola, cannella, burro e talvolta miele. A volte sono presenti frutti esotici, così come le note di agrumi (buccia d'arancia). Al palato, questo vino bianco è secco e a tutto tondo, minerale e vivace fin dal primo attacco. L'acidità e il grasso entrano sempre più in gioco. La struttura è armoniosa, fresca e rotonda.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
