Domaine Laporte Sancerre Les Garennes 2012 è un Sauvignon Blanc elegante e territoriale proveniente da Sancerre, prodotto da una delle realtà più solide della regione  .

Nel calice si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino chiaro. Al naso si percepiscono i tratti classici del Sauvignon Blanc di Sancerre: citrus fresco, mela verde e erbe aromatiche, con un tocco minerale sottile tipico dei terreni calcarei della parcella Les Garennes.

In bocca è teso e asciutto, caratterizzato da acidità vibrante, minerality pulita e un finale lungo e sapido — uno stile che riflette bene il terroir della Loira e la mano del vignaiolo nel gestire l’equilibrio tra vigore e finezza  .

Si sposa benissimo con piatti di pesce, crostacei, insalate ricche, formaggi freschi (come caprini) o semplicemente da gustare fresco come aperitivo.

I ordered three bottles, a 1999 French, recently opened, made a great impression.
The other two are a Barolo Serralunga d'Alba from Fontanafredda and a Nebbiolo d'Alba Riccheri from Marchesi di Barolo, both from 2015, which I have yet to open but the prospects are excellent.
Shipping and packaging were equally excellent, the Marchesi di Barolo bottle was longer and protruding but I still managed to protect it.
Great prices that you won't find on other similar sites.
I will definitely be back to buy more.
