Il St. Magdalener “Hausler” 2013 della Cantina Terlano è un vino rosso altoatesino che unisce eleganza e carattere, espressione autentica del territorio di Bolzano.
È ottenuto principalmente da Schiava con una piccola percentuale di Lagrein, che gli dona colore e struttura. Nel calice si presenta di un rosso rubino luminoso, con riflessi granati dovuti all’evoluzione.
Al naso offre un bouquet intenso e fine, dove si intrecciano ciliegia matura, lamponi, mandorla amara e un accenno di spezie dolci. Con il tempo emergono note più evolute di cuoio e tabacco leggero.
In bocca è morbido, equilibrato e armonioso, con tannini delicati e una freschezza viva che rende la beva piacevole. Il finale è persistente e leggermente ammandorlato, tipico della Schiava.
Perfetto con piatti della tradizione tirolese, come canederli, speck o carni bianche arrosto, ma accompagna bene anche formaggi semistagionati.
